Melbourne To Remain On 0 Competition Points This Whole Season.

I just heard it now on Ten News at 5.

Do you guys think the punishment laid out on the Storm would make any other club think twice about cheating the system?

How would this work?

If Melbourne Storm are to get no points this season, what if a club who needed the 2 points to reach the 8, lose to melbourne. Melbourne would have nothing to gain!

Im confused, so hopefully somebody can explain this to me..

Phil Gould brought up a good point about melbourne and the salaary cap. melbourne hve shown what a great team look like in depth and class and putting together a squad that is proffesional and talented and consistent.
