  Look i know people are upset and looking to look for changes in 2011 but look elsewhere. He gives 24x80mins all season. Hasn't cost us a game this year. Replacing him will not improve our team.

  all im sayn is we should have options. maybe give him less work load, maybe dnt play him for the 80min or rest him for a few games during the season. he looks burnt out to me, and if he goes another full-season i will be concerned he might be burnt out by the final rounds for next year.

  I know buzz where your coming from but I think your barking up the wrong tree. The halves were the major problem this year. Every team needs balance. Experience and youth. Defensive and attacking players.

  As far as i am concerned ,after the loyalty passion ,and dedication ,both on and off the field that Hindy has shown ,and the lean years when he single handedly held our team together ,he can wheel himself out into the middle of the field in a wheelchair ,long after his legs have given way ,if he wishes to do so.Seriously though ,i think he loves the team too much to not put his hand up when his body has had enough.Lets just hope ,with the pressure of expectation now gone ,that the guys get their shit together next year and give Hindy that elusive premiership ring which i truly believe he deserves more than any player in the last 20 years!!!

  Hindy does is not the problem, this team has the potential to breeze a premiership in, they just dont seem to be mates, they dont back each other, and for all that talent, they just dont care, and Hindy is probably the biggest exception to this.
  Our problem is the players that want to be stars without the hard yards, and we are losing the worst of them!!!
