Should eels make a play for Sandon Smith, Roosters will let him go with DCE coming in next year. They rate Savala & Rodwell with Walker as futures.
I see we could use Smith as a 14 role. Also kicks goals. Very quick.
Ryles would have a relationship with him from being at Roosters.
Interesting that we need a 6, if eels make no play for him, kinda shows we have Galvin (on a handshake deal at best).

I can see it for 2026 definitely, EA.
Feel the Tigers will want to move on and start developing Fainu, especially over a full pre-season.
Unless the Tigers feel Galvin can help bring them a premiership in 2026, can't see any reason to keep Fainu in Cup or off the bench, and continue to develop Galvin for the Eels (or someone else) to benefit from.
Considering what Luai has said in the media, i'd think both the Tigers players & Galvin / Isaac Moses will be pushing the club for them to part ways.
Wouldnt even be surprised if they started the process towards the end of 2025 when they are no hope of finals.
Just opinion though, no inside info - and Happy Birthday! Hope the Eels bring you a win.
Yep that make sense NOS.
Thanks mate. But not getting my hopes up lol.
Next year at the earliest if the Tigers are making a run for the finals they'll want to keep Galvin.I reckon once it's announced Nov.1 the wheels for an early release will start turning.
Are we totally convinced Galvin is coming to the eels?, I would suspect his manager would want to talk to the western bears to at the very least boost his asking price.
Look no guarantees but I have heard from mate who works with his dad that he has no interest leaving Sydney.
Drill baby drill
Yeah why not we need a back up half
