We are getting better in a short amount of time, with a big roster turnover, a team full of youngsters and a massive amount of salary cap space available in 2026. Personally, I couldn't ask for more in his first season.
*Side note, the game now due to the rule changes and officiating is so hard to follow and want to watch. It's now beyond a joke. I don't watch any other games these days except for the eels. The Simmonson penalty says it all and the reason why.

Ryles is starting to show some emotion/frustration in the box now, this is a good sign as it indicates he is starting to expect more from this relatively young and new squad.

Definitely looking better but as expected young fellas make the odd mistake at the most crucial time and we desperately need a couple of back rowers. I cannot see how carty and mattto can't do a better job than katoga and guymer. Guymer looked great last year as a middle I don't know why we are trying to move him to an edge he has got no pinch, isn't powerful enough to break tackles and doesn't run good lines.
Lomax will definitely, he always wins his tackles and will earn penalties and six agains and challenge those kicks but we still need those edges improved.
ps I thought we got absolutely raped by the refs tonight, first and second try's looked very dodgy put downs the obstruction try and the simmonson penalty instead of a 7 tackle set was disgraceful but our defence has to be better
Improving but a long way to go. The boys lacked composure. Two quick tries and the game was there for the taking but instead of trying to grind out a win they were too eager to score and gifted away possession and momentum.

I've liked everything about Ryles since he has arrived.
We lost fair and square. But at least against one of the sides meant to be competing for the premership we put up a good fight.
You also have to remember we have 2 million out of the cap space with Joffa leaving and matterson and cartwright in reserve grade

We are pathetic! The only time we look like being in a contest is when the ref gives us penalties that keep us in the game we don't look like scoring off a backline play except the rare pass out to fox. Penis is the worst centre in the game defence and attack and that imposter his centre partner is absolutely awful our forward pack is diabolical the hooker would actually be a great reserve grader our team rely on luck and last the 1.3 million dollar half is a halfwit couldn't organise a root in a brothel his go to put a bomb up.. He's got nothing and gets in the road.
