      • Capt i have always said that we don't have the board or CEO who can take the club to where it should be and the fact Mark O'Neill is still at the club confirms it , if the board and CEO had half a clue then they would of got rid of Mark the same time they got rid of BA .

When 99% of  fans have a general consensus thatMark O'Neill is not good enough and the people who run the club can't see it then we have major issues.

We can't do anything about management as we have zero say , for me personally taking management out of it Parramatta from a  young talent and depths point of view are in the best position we have been in for over 10 years  and I have more and more confidence in JR with each game .

        • I've harped on enough today about our R&R so time for me to give it a rest - and I agree with you Fongy about the shape of our junior/youth talent. There are some really special players coming through and JR seems like a man with a plan.

I hope to God that we get to keep some of our juniors through their best years and don't continue to be a talent poaching ground like the Tigers. Our track record is probably the worst in the NRL. But one can always hope...

    • 100% correct, we have the talent we need to hold on to it.

    • Exactly.

Despite not attaining Galvin, I'm not too bothered. It would have been great signing him but let's appreciate how the team is developing, the mentality JR wants and giving Joash a shot at 5/8. The kid is a Parra fan through and through and thrilled to be with us. It also seems like he deerly loved by his team mates as they all piled in for his 1st NRL try.

I honestly think Galvin chose the dogs because they are closer to a premiership RIGHT NOW compared to us. We need another season and then we can contend. I genuinely believe  we'll be top 6 next season and we'll give the 8 a good run this season if we continue like we have the last month. 3/5. Convincing winners in the 3 we won, whilst losing narrowly vs the Sharks (premiership contenders) and Dophins where you can say we could have easily scored and won the game on the bell if the Fox hadnt passed so early instead of waiting to draw his man.

Our boys were relentless in defence vs Knights and Manly. So much energy both sides of the paddock with brilliant kicking chasing not not handing over a single blade of grass.

Russell and the Fox still havent gelled. They are on differant pages in attack but they will nail it and god have mercy on the opposition then. In defence they are both brilliant as comms seem to be on sport.

Iongi (21), Kautoga (22) he was brilliant vs Manly, Papalii (20), W. Penisini (22), Russell (22), Samrani (23), Riley Smith (22), Tuivati (20). These baby Eels excite me!!!

Out with the busted, past their best, too slow BA players and a massive injection of youth, speed and hunger. No Moses, Lomax or Bailey. No problem!!! They've already spread their influence and mentality to the kids and they tore Manly a new one. Dylan Walker...what a brain to have in the forwards. BA never had such a smart lock. We had Junior as a single playmaker, now we have 2. The opposition defence doesnt have a clue what he will do.

Trust the JR process. We're only a couple players off the perfectly balanced team. We just need the experience for this season and next year we are coming hard for everyone's throat.

  • We should sign Harry Hayes, Bailey Hayward and Blake Wilson. That's how you play the game, sneak in behind them, DOGGY STYLE

    • Blake Wilson has turned down Parra everytime we've chased him.

I remember even Gutho tried to recruit him 2 yrs ago.

      • Fuck wilson hes dogshit

        • This

        • Yet Parra were still chasing him cough you say dogshit then what does that make the club chasing him.

  • Whats wrong with Papali at 6??

I know most of us are burning about missing out on Galvin. However (I know I'm just trying to cope with the loss) I was thinking about some of the young can't miss half prospects who fizzled out and it reminded me that there was no guarantee that he…

"Why would we swap brown for a player that doesn't make us better. The whole idea of a swap was if we were getting Galvin and hence didn't need brown, with Moses brown plays well and to have an impact this year we need Moses with brown in my opinion."

"Exactly right, panthers will be tough on Sunday with their players back but confidence is not where it has been in the past and they do struggle at commbank so a good time to get them, hopefully we get the job done. Then and if we do with confidence…"
