Tonight we see two injury plagued teams go head to head at Commbank Stadium in the Eels vs the Broncos. Both starting halfbacks will be missing and the Eel's best this year in King Gutho. The Eels are coming off the bye and should be up for this game..., should be.
Carty is back and most interesting will be to see how Talagi goes after extending with the Eels and in the fullback position. Look for BA to have his contract extended by 5 years if we get up.
So, who wins and by what margin?
MOM?
GO YOU EELS!!!

Oh Sivo strikes again
80th bombed try
Incredibly frustrating game of football, some good footy from the Eels and some real lazy stupid stuff.
Not a lot of luck , some poor execution just incredibly frustrating
You can't blame the players for tonight's result, the effort has been outstanding, it's their systems that have let them down.
An outdated system that needs replacing. But management ain't doin anything
A game we could quite easily have won , won't reflect anything remotely so in the history books.
The guys attitudes have been probably the best we've seen this season. And all without Clint " the heartbeat " Gutherson. Seems Clint may have lost the dressing sheds.
I have never liked him as captain, he has improved as a captain in leaps and bounds but he was coming from a long way back. When you not once but twice drag new contract negotiations through the media you are nor captain material, add in the immaturity he displays at times, definitely not captain material. Having said that you can't fault his effort every week and we have now lost the last 10 games he has missed so he is important to the team, or at least was.
Honestly , it's just terrible to watch.
This is frustrating to watch, but we are finally learning to play as a team with a couple of big name players. We just need to hand in there over the next few weeks and hopefully jag more wins from there. We are not really as far off as you may think.
I've seen enough tonight to know that the EELS will be a very different side once Moses returns. They are desperately missing his direction and he gives them confidence.
BA will be desperate and he may return earlier than planned next week...
