Controversial post I know.
It took me a while but in the last year I joined the many long suffering Eels fans asking for BA to do what is right and move on as head coach. Before that I had supported Brad more than I didn't.
Now, I know Brad is a decent bloke. A good family man. And no one likes seeing someone without a job. He gave us some good memories. Some decent one off wins. His loyalty to the club and players is unquestionable. He wasn't always successful but he never backed down. His love for the club blinded him from the reality of how bad things got.
For your loyalty, passion and commitment to the club, I thank you BA. It wasn't easy, you had the Eels world against you but you blindly preserved. To your detriment.
Your talents got us to a point but it's now time for someone else to take us beyond where you have taken us.

Good call mate,
Brad was/is a long suffering Eels fan just like all of us.
Happy birthday Brad and thank you for some good memories.
Time for us all to move on.
He may not have got us the premiership but he took us from cellar dwellars to competative and got us to the premiership round. He deserves our thanks for that and I wish him all the best and am sure he will continue to coach and have sucess with that.
