I dont know about what others think but watching the Penrith Panthers last week against the Eels and in the 1st half against the Knights they are turning into a real grubby, dirty team with cheap shots on oppostion players, attempting to milk penalti

Refereeing in Raiders v Storm

Been watching the first 15 mins and in every defensive set the Storm constantly either  hold down the tackled player or infringe the ruck. They have been offside 2-3 times and they get away with it every single time (bar once).
