  • He obviously had no interest from 15 other clubs to have to leave the country to keep playing first grade

  • Good luck to him over there, never been a fan of his but think he will score plenty of tries over there.

Probably cost his team more tries than he scores but good luck to him all the same.

  • I think the player pre and post knee injury was a different player. Just lacked confidence afterwards. Was never going to make it as a winger in the modern power game to be fair anyway. Fullback is his position and we went another direction. Best of luck. I’m sure he will be back in the nrl

  • Who?

    • Assuming we get a few good forwards and some depth players, we're probably fairly settled for next year. The spine is settled, wings sorted, centre depends on MJ staying.

Hopefully any money we have is spent on forwards (or peptides for our juniors... joking).

  •  This guv’nors chicken legs might go alright over there not my cup of tea, on your bike.

  • Like Albert Kelly and Krisnan Inu, he will be far better suited to the SL than the NRL. He should carve up over there,

  • he fell out with brad long ago,, it went bad when french said he wanted to go on the open market to play fullback.

brad wanted him as a winger..

it seems no nrl club wanted him, so hes now going to super league.

    • BA was right. French was never a fullback. Just because he wanted the $$ that come with FB, doesn't mean you will be any good. He was even too small for wing. Good on BA for standing his ground.

      • He should bulk up (why hasn’t he by now) and play 5/8 or hooker. He’d be dynamite out of dummy half against tired defense. I even thought he’d be good off the bench for us this year but we went with salmon.
