Round 1 Review: At least we won

After a seemingly never-ending off season, rugby league returned to Bankwest Stadium for the first time in 2020. 

It was a pre-season that saw the Eels labelled top four certainties and premiership contenders much to the nervousness of the fan base.

Good game for the start of the year. Yes alot of improvement still to happen. Brown was a no show,  same as pretty much all the back line in attack. 

The best thing was our defence,  everyone was exceptional. Showed a lot of heart and desire to win. G
