"Elsewhere, journeyman outside back Michael Oldfield is set to sign a deal to join the Parramatta Eels.
Oldfield joined the Canberra Raiders in season 2017 and played 24 games for the club."
Seems as though currently we shouldn't expect any big names to sign for next year. Looks as though we are just replacing the guys that left and they will likely be getting around the same $$$ that the ones that departed were on.

I have seen a few posters here bag Michel Oldfield but Canberra have had some very good wingers during the time Oldfield was there. I thought he acquitted himself quite well when he got an opportunity in the NRL side and he does have speed. He probably won't be a regular in the top 17 but I think he will offer more than Gennings has over the last few years even though George played ok this season. He ain't going to break the bank either.
His wiki page has him with us from 2021. Unsure on this one, but as others have said, a good solid player, and good back up and speedy. Welcome to the eels Michael
He was a massive grub playing club footy on the beaches, but I've not seen it in him while he's been in the NRL.
Good depth.
He played Tubular Bells
