          • I don't disagree with you at all. We just don't know as we aren't in the inner sanctum. We can only hope like hell they have a damn good plan for him as he looks a special talent that we can't afford to mishandle

      • Sounds like your about to give up on Ryles lol

    • Guymer only really had one decent game under caretaker Barrett.

I think this will be the first time we see the Lomax/Moses combination. Will be interesting to see if Moses and Brown are smart enough to play to our strengths... the high kicks for Lomax and short grubber for JAC. Last week they just kept trying to go around the Dolphins where we kept stuffing up at either ends with slow Russell and Penisini the hog.

      I won't hold my breath.

      • Don't care about the high kicks we need Lomax to have a huge meter eating night bringing the ball out and a good day with the kicking tee.Our back 5 got bitch slapped last week.

      • Thank you guymer is shit! So is our hooker smith, tuiviati (Tong po)or whatever isn't far behind.

        • Don't give up on Guymer yet again this is his first year and the jump from cup to FG no doubt is vast. It's a time thing with these juniors the secret here is we just have to keep producing so if one does fail we have another to replenish and rinse wash repeat that's the key here.

JRs giving these juniors opportunities which is a good thing. The salary cap is limited you can't buy teams and expect to have continued success.

          • Ryles mentioned Guymer last week as one that is improving every week, so Ryles believes in him it seems. Though in same media conference he did not give Smith to big of praise, was a bit stand offish about committing to him as our future Hooker. More so a "We'll see" approach.

        • Tuivaiti is a talent and will get better. Smith i am not as high on as others here, think he is very slightly overrated but is a decent Hooker and the best we have by some margin.

    • I could be wrong but a few years ago and mate of mine who was in reserves but not a top 30 contracted player he said that contracted players have to play more minutes unless injured so maybe that's why Latu is on the bench i think in a ideal world Greig would be released or on the bench

  • I reckon Russell owns a field of 4 leaf clovers because everytime he looks like getting dropped for a returning player, another player gets a long term injury.
