Good presser Mr Analyst. Has given me a little more insight into Ryles . Lots of tools around to look for to improve the way you enhance the way you think about improving your own skill resources.I hope he is someone who is always looking at new horizons in his personal development. If he is that kind of guy it will create that culture through out his players. You have to be open to always challenge your own evolution rather than continually repeat failed footsteps
