In positive news, Eels won both female junior grand finals today against the roosters.
Jersey Flegg lost against sharks in a come from behind victory. Eels will be disappointed as it looked like they should easily win.

EA i hear good things from both Funa-Iuta and Petrus, do you see both getting starting time in Flegg? Maybe not Petrus right away as he has another year of SG Ball eligibility but Funa-Iuta could be a shoe in to start in Flegg next week?
Given the injuries T Brown and Pryke are in cup rather than Flegg. Hence opportunity is open for SG ball players. Petrus, Funa-Luta and Popo will get promoted quickly. As you say Petrus age could mean he is less favoured but it wouldn't hold me back from picking him. Jim is the other forward who will be pushing to play Flegg. I hope they don't take Farrugia. I don't know how the club rate him. His yardage work is putrid
Sorry forgot to report. Roosters scored from a kick. All 3 of their tries have been from kicks. Roosters were up 18-16. Than eels scored from a scrum through Aidan. Then now eels score on the right through Farrugia. Offloading and then spread left to Farrugia who had a good finsih. Fianlly did something.
Converts the try too. 26-18 after 62min.
