I have no problem with the onfield ref making errors on the run but fuck me how can the bunker be that bad. I'm sick of the NRL not holding these referees to account. It's the same refs week in week out. Why not drop them and give other refs a go. Some of these refs are on big money regardless of how they perform. I reckon their salaries should be 40% incentive based and we might get better outcomes. Chris Butler should not get another game for 6 weeks
I normally hate the cliche of blaming the refs, but holy hell that bunker call on Mulitalo is one of the worst I've ever seen.

How the fuck does Kafusi take out an eels players to help his team mate score near the posts. Another day over the last 10 years that's not a try.. Obstruction any fucking day of the week The call against Simmonson contesting for the ball. There were a half dozen others.

I'm still scratching my head on the McInnes one. Kaufusi was literally in the middle of the attacker and defender on his inside shoulder and escorted him to the tryline. I have no words. After they've completed cracked down on inside shoulder runs in any other attacking position but its ok five metres out from your line?

What a disgusting, unprofessional display by the on field ref and the bunker - Ryles did handle the presser well imo, he is a wise cat! It's too in his career to go full retardation aka pricky- anyway Jason will be Long term coach and he is building something special. BA who?? Bhahaha
Cronulla got back to back penalties in the lead up to their first try. One for a Kautoga tackle deemed high that was below the shoulders. Then after defending that set Addo Carr was pulled up for not playing the ball with his foot. In the next set (where Cronulla received multiple 6 agains) there was at least 6 instances where they made no attempt to put the foot on the ball-Fonua Blake did it twice.
That referring performance was absolutely cheating, he picked & chose to give penalties for infringements that he already let go at least half a dozen times but chosed to give them to break our momentum and on the other hand again chosed to give them to advance there's. He was right in front of kafusi behind the try line when he blocked kautoga from making a tackle on the ball runner but totally ignored it and pointed down for the try without even thinking of sending up to the bunker to check it out, which would've been of no avail, given the performance the bunker put on last night which was on show for everyone to see. Magic round is for player's and fans not for reffs to put on shameful displays

The roll ball penalty is a farce, it happens 2-3 times a set and the ref will blow one at random.
Obstructions are 50/50 dont know what your going to get anymore. theyll pull you up one week for the exact same obstruction they let go.
These refs get 300k a year to be this incompetent, its like they find someone dumber every week to be video ref.
Whats more bizare is no one is held accountable for there fuck ups, if i fucked up at work im held accountable i might lose my bonus my get sacked e.t.c these refs have no consequences for there mistakes.
