    • Gus was pretty stern a few weeks ago they wouldn't get into the Galvin thing. Not much of a story to me. Him and Burton would never work anyway

  • The rebuild needs to start from next year, not 2027 or beyond.

If Galvin hasn't already had a secret handshake with the Eels and Tigers refuse to release him before 2027, I would prefer the club focus on getting Sandon Smith and use that extra cash savings towards getting decent forwards.

As good as Galvin may 'potentially' be, behind a shithouse forward pack, he won't be the saviour this club is desperate for. Look at Ponga and the Knights.  I'd much prefer a balanced team than a team of a couple overpaid stars that can't deliver, much like Moses and Brown who can't even win us a game.

    • If there is no Deal with Galvin we should at minimum be putting out rumours we are interested in Sandon to take away some leveage I.Moses has over us.

Sandon is a really skillfull player so I wouldnt be dissapointed if we signed him instead.

      • Exactly if the club Is Galvin or bust then you know where the issue has always been.

Realistically Parra should have multiple options on the table to replace DB multiple a long term short and intermediate options. Not just a all eggs recruitment strategy.

    • Moses can win us a game, maybe not as consistently but he can win us a game.

  • Then we go for there young half that they've been raving about just to shut them on a third of the money.

  • Then we invest in forwards and centres.

    • I feel Centre is least of our worries, the club will look to Samrani and R.Penisini if we need Centres. Forwards absolutely. Stevie Wonder can see that.

  • GET LUAI

simple where there is smoke there is fire

he too wants out of tiger town

the Tigers are best to merge with the bulldogs 1 say so Gus can get the players he wants & punt the rest

    • Would have been better off just keeping DB I mean though the rumours are out there the dogs are biting I have to think Galvin is still in play for Parra surely.
