For the right money yeah.. Needs a big attitude adjustment. Can JR do this? I'd love to see him running off Moses on the edge.. He can be a game changer - and hole runner... A bit like Matto - built like Tarzan runs like Jane..
He wont be running off Moses unfortunately as he prefers left side and that is where he plays best. So he will run off Galvin or whoever we sign to play 6.
If we could get him under $700k I would take him, but otherwise I wouldn't worry about him.
Moses would help he's game a lot, the problem at the titans atm they don't have the halves, they have two fullbacks playing in the halves, that's a big problem.
I think there is somthing to what you are saying about the Titans not having any real halves and that could be severly effecting Fifita's game. I think there is likely an amount of just not putting in as well and that is what concerns me.
For the right price the Eels should at least be considering it, simlar to Dom Young but they certainly shouldn't break the bank for either of them. There should also be KPI's that they need to meet in regards to tackling percentage and run meters.Â
On his day, he is exactly what the Eels could use. His day doesn't seem to happen very often anymore.Â
If Ryles is trying to build a new culture based on effort and hard work, can't say that Fifita suits that.
He doesn't even get a look in for Origin now. Reminds me of Pauli Pauli. Had all the physical attributes, but the heart the size of a pea. So no from me.
"I'd only grab him if I couldn't get Galvin earlier, that's the key for us from the looks of things Galvin is who the club wants so I don't think Smith is even on the table.Good player plenty of promise but as above I think the clubs already made its…"
"If you look at David fifita s career stats they are comparative to Steve Menzies second term at manly. Fifita has been called lazy, fat, over rated and over paid. I would hate to see what will happen when and if a coach could unlock the beast."

He will be on left, so perhaps Galvin. Putting a grubber through for him.

That's if he wants to chase that grubber kick.Â
Only way i hope we sign him if the Titans chip in because he good game is to far apart if Titans dont chip in i say no
