Was listening to Braith Anastas podcast and he said he's actually spoken to Rylesy, club is definitely interested in sandon smith but he also mentioned Ryles was looking at another player but he stopped short of saying who it was. Sounded like a big name but he said he better not go there. Interesting

His son did show promise before doing his ACL but is also signed until 2029 at Melb.
I think Sandon Smith would be Ryles' first choice, given he's already been given the OK to talk to other clubs. I think Ryles would want to lock that no.6 in sooner rather than later and not repeat the Galvin disaster. Whereas they can't talk to Pezet until Hughes makes his decision - Pezet has a get out clause, and that could be later in the year.
Id take Pezet in a hearbeat. Hes the best of the names tossed around besides Galvin.
