Why didn't Bellamy step away from coaching at the end of last year? Surely he is set up and has nothing to prove in the game. I don't get it.

What surprised me more so was how he was pretty much on a rolling one year deal every year for last 5 or so years. This year he took a 3 year extension. He could have just kept rolling the deal.
Question I have is if they make the 8 and he had no deal for next year, would he give it away? Or would he go again to finish on a high?
