                    • Reverse shoulder reconstruction Nos, Had my left one done 9 months ago, surgery last week for the right one.

Look up reversed shoulder operations, I am not kidding the technique now has surgery at 97% ....my left arm is like an 18 year old and this one will be in about 3 months something similar.  $27k a hit I might add, my Health Fund picks up the bill  totally but I have to pay gap fees to the surgeon, the assistant surgeon and the Anatheseist (sp)....$4k a day in St Vincents, magnificient hospital, cannot speak highly enough!

Anyone interested, make sure you have private health cover!

PS Thanks LB the advice re hand usage, is not favourable being that the right is dominant.....good thoughts notwithstanding LOL

                    • 100% this was actually a really smart deal using sport as a diplomatic binder between Aus and PNG. Keeping neighbourly ties is the smartest thing we can do as a nation, especially as new superpowers and a new world order tries to emerge on several fronts.

                    • I have private health and it was brainwashed into me by my parents. Glad my wife and I have it. With both us having surgery and when little one was born we spent the week in the hospital as wife had some issues after and I was able to stay the whole time which helps the wife a lot. Compared to other people who had kids that left after a day either being pushed out or couldn't handle being by themselves and in rooms with other newborns. We had our own room, could order free meals all day, had access to a stocked fridge, microwave etc. private health has its benefits.

I said that advice forgetting the stupid face recognition now needed to access that content haha. Imagine if you had nose surgery, could have access at all.

                    • Pops, ask your wifey Marcia to check your tyre pressures. Im not sure where she's going to insert the guage pop, but you could be on a winner tonight

                    • Bahaha  !!!   poppy  since the  Bradman  era it's you  that's  been living  in denial  .... i see 3 pair's  of white  socks.

                • Kendoza, and as we know when companies know its tax funded money they increase the costs of everything....the $$$ thrown at this is a scam; i get we don't want China on our doorstep but seriously throwing  $600 million at this; it could end in tears.

                  • Mitchy, an easy way to get $600 million is simply to claw back at least 1.5% of the $40 billion per annum foregone revenue due to giving gas away to foreign multinationals. That is, just make royalties on gas 1.5% more efficient.

                    Problem solved!

Or . . . cancel just one submarine from the terminally ridiculous $368 billion out to 2050 we are going to spend on nuclear submarines (obsolete before we get them). That's just one sub at $8 billion and we could fund the football teams from every island in the Asia-Pacific!
