Regardless of what you think of Stuart, Parramatta finally has the opportunity for a re-birth.
New board. New CEO. New coach.
Each one's future, tied to the other.
As you all know, I'm massive on accountability. I like the fact that our board now gets the opportunity in is early days to select a coach and a CEO. Those two managers will have the opportunity to review their team and appoint people they're happy with.
And from this point on, there can be no passing the buck.
Whatever happens between now and the next election in 18 months or so, is what the new board can be judged on.
The coach and CEOs will know exactly what they're buying into, and they won't be able to pass sub-standard performance on, on not having board support or agreeing with the board's broader ideals. I would hope too that the CEO is appointed first so that he is able to give his full-backing to whoever comes on board as coach.
It truly is a chance for a fresh beginning, and one where accountability cannot shaken.

I notice Dean Pay has been copping a pasting.I hope he gets another chance with the new coach.
World's worst defensive coach deserves another chance - you heard it here first! Nice one BD.
And if we don't win the Premiership this year, next year we will be staring at the 4th decade of Premiership drought, i think St George waited 33 yrs.
