  • Front row, centre and 5/8 that's what we need. Add also a second rower but can make do as is.

  • Russell didn't cost us the game by any means but we need some strike in the centres .  He just doesn't have it . At his best he is solid and aggressive defensively which he was trying to do tonight . He's just not athletic enough to be a centre in the NRL.

  • Too bad we let Stefano go, look at what he did to us today.

    • Stephano left to improve and has done so under Bellamey, if we retained him he would have continued to struggle with the poor direction he had, which was partially self imposed. I don't believe he improved at Tigers either.

Young players can struggle after being identified early and especially forwards. In the juniors they dominate in size and some do not adjust to an increased skill and commitment environment.

I am not a Blaize Talagi fan but do recognise how well he has been mentored at Penrith. This basically has shown up badly in terms of the Arthur era.....and reinforces, the great job a coach can do in a crisis but not in long term development afterwards. ie if the coach can't grow, then the players he has under him cannot either.

We have a good man in Ryles taking us to the new level.

    • Stefano was offered 1.2M over 3 years by Tigers before he even played NRL.

  • People are quick to blame Russell

Yes tge foxx needs ball but if the defense is sliding he cant do much the centre needs to straighten the attack in that situation Hawkins and Joash both don't dig into the line to create that space.

Hopgood was Nogood tonight Walker plays that link role so well Hopgood almost tries to prove he can do it and fails either play as a front rower or reserve grade.

We have improved were still lacking a edge and another prop that being said our bench middles all are showing a bit of something.

  • I think sometime fox should switch to centre

  • I'm really annoyed tonight. We lost a game that we should have won, but, more importantly, the GWS got flogged by a cunt team we should have beaten and effectively locked in finals.

What a cunt of an evening!

RE the Eels, tonight sucked but we really are on a path to success. Let's just suck it up tonight. The Storm won't win shit this year, and likely never again.

On the other hand, we're looking likely within the next couple of years.

Let's hold on to that and believe it.

    • Settle BM, not a prude but not a good word for our site.....mate. Your too classy for that, stick to fuck or as my Dad used to say >Buck, when  Mum was in earshot! LOL

      • No need to be a cunt about it poppa.

        hope you op went well

"His post contact metres are about -10 😂.   Intimidation levels are equal to a flamingo eating a stick of fairyfloss from Elton John's bum.  He needs a long spell playing off the bench or to be dropped to reignite the fire to earn his spot back.  "
