  • I watched quite a few of their games. At the start of the season they looked very unfit, had no shape in attack, made lots of poor handling errors. In defence they lacked any meaningful contact and made poor decisions. Probably a lot of this was due to their very poor fitness. As the season went on they got fitter and played better but certain,y went backwards this year compared to last year

  • I thought the team played better when the cherrington sisters were out they are holding the team back. Love rory owen and i'd love to snare zali fays shorts lol

    • Can't say I've seen many nrlW games at all tbh, but at least the ladies are having a go! 😂

      • Lol

    • Agree with the Cherrington sisters. Zali's shorts won't fit you.

  • They had a really poor start to the year compounded by a injuries to their major signing in Keilee Joseph and Layne Morgan. They're in a similar spot to the men's side in that they are bringing through a young group from our pathways. Tess McWilliams debuted last season, Freedom Crichton Ropati had an outstanding reserve grade season and earnt her debut (expert her to start next season).

They do at least have some legitimate attacking threat in Abbi Church, Rory Owen and Zali Fay. Owen is just about the best Eels centre I've seen since Tiimana Tahu. Fast, strong, good in the air and a length of the field threat. I hope they lock her down long term.
