Financially he has put us in a good spot. It is not all about football. The next CEO can focus on football now the finances are in place.
Dont take it as me saying i didn't think he should move on as footy wise he lacked a bit to make us successful. But also just cause he wasn't very good at one important aspect, does not mean he was awful in all of it.
