Come back 😭
Yeah he's been awesome, EA. Created space / overlap in all of Knights first 4 tries. It sucks, but is good to see what he can do with strike outside backs & players like Ponga / Sharpe who support.
Yep good to see him play with people near his level not the dog shit backrowers and outside backs he was left with after our GF year
Copped it here like Hayne did and look what he was surrounded by!
Great to see Dylan reach his fabulous potential! Knew he would. Trouble was here he was always meant and trained to accompany Moses' game.
loved Gutho here but he did somewhat cramp Dylan's voice out there on left too.
in Newc he is expected to deliver for the $ and good on him coz he sure is.
Most here wanted him gone hohoho!
Yep Mace, good points around having his own voice in Newcastle.
Dylan won them the game today, and not just in having a hand in 5 tries but some textbook defence saving a try from Latrell also.
Obviously he'll need to keep improving into the general role but that was the most I've seen him ordering players around & setting up attacking shapes.
Another variable here is Justin Holbrook who is a very attack minded (and smart) coach, it's not an attack but I don't think BA was the best coach for DB.
Between that & the talent inside & outside who demand defences to cover, which they didn't at the Eels, DB looked every bit a 1m+ halfback today - and he's 25, with his best still to come.
Like Coryn, I'm still gutted we've allowed this to happen.
I'm still pissed about DB not being here we do all the hard work getting him to this level and now he's gone forever.
Eels need far more than Sua.
can they take swap mark o'neill for free. Every fan.will chip in to piss him.out the door
