TBH its great to have the Bears Back ! However filling their Roster in 1.5 years going to be tough....It was hard enough for Redcliffe which had many more advantages .....including Bennett and a strong Rugby League DNA in the club already...

Look this is all abt govt interference again as per PNG. I like the notion of Perth but really where are we getting NRL quality players from for both new teams? You will target a few big name guys from Sydney and Brisbane etc but the rest? It's only going to weaken the comp for me and make the spread of talent even tougher than now. Not withstanding ESL Aussie players coming back or some poms. Hope I'm wrong but the comp to me is already weakened.

These new teams are only going to make it harder for 95% of teams to win the comp. The rorters,Storm and Broncos will be fine and so to the Vlandy's Bears. Perth Bears sounds atrocious it should of been somewhere else. Guarentee the North Sydney Bears are using Perth to get back in the comp and eventually try to get back to North Sydney fulltime.
The NRL would never allow North Sydney to come back full-time or play out of North Sydney full-time.
