Tom Starling was high on JRs list but he got resigned by the Raiders.

Ryles wants a new Hooker, not sure to compete with Smith or simply have Smith as no.2 or if that has changed since Smith has been starting but seems Ryles wants a Hooker.
Though Mahoney was at Moses' wedding and Moses wants to win, if he feels Mahoney can help (which he can) i think he will be open to bringing Mahoney back. They already know each others game well so transition is minimal.

Nope Mahoney can fuck off. Develop Smith and Coinakis. Mahoney is the better player now but we are not in a premiership window right now. Rather take the better money option and develop from within. Not the culture I want to build if we want have guns coming through and still buy externally.
Mahoney is a speed hump, has a crisp pass and smart head for a late tackle kick but he is often left at the back of a tackle.
Plus we had a strong middle forward pack surrounding him when Mahoney was at his peak with us.
I would never take him back.
