If the Cowboys get Cobbo to play his preferred position of fullback there's no starting spot for Drinkwater at the Cows.

Has a better run game then Brown, is a better ball player , better kicker of the football but Dyls got him defensively.
Id prefer this signing coming to fruition over Da Silva everyday of the week.

God everyone acting like Cobbo is a godsend and will force players out of spots. He will not be playing Fullback at NQ unless Drinkwater moves to halves. If not then he will be on the Wing.
Cowboys are chasing him for a reason LB I also know Drinkwater and Payton have had a few run ins.
I just don't see the work rate or communication skills in Cobbo to be a top flight fullback.I don't even think he's fit enough either.
I also think if Payten let Drinkwater leave or throw more wood on the fire he' to will be out of Townsville sooner than later.
I don't either, if Cobbo sorted himself out though and got his head in the game I could only see it happening at the Cows.
I also think Drinkwater is a non negotiable for them him and Dearden are there best if Cobbo goes there he'll be playing centre I suspect.
