Has to be a depth option. IIRC, he left on pretty bad terms with the Raiders and he was pretty shit too. He hasn't been sighted in the NRL since. These Super League players don't often cut it in NRL. Look how Lewis Dodd is going at Souths. He's only had half a game in first grade and isn't cutting it with Bennett.
Williams is one of the English players who actually played well but, just left cause homesick. Good player if his mind is on it.
The only position I would fill with English players is prop.
I highly doubt Katoa is leaving the Dolphins but if he is, throw everything we have at him and fill the rest of our Roster with juniors.

Yes it is a good deal when you consider what the fullback and hooker are on genius.
If you have a look at that even there your only looking 3-3.5 in cap still well short of what Melbourne are investing in there spine.
