I wouldn't say Kautoga has low IQ. That play to Iongi at the end is not low IQ. He does make some dumb decisions and do dumb things but i would not say he has low footy IQ.
He out of all the players i am most intrigued by to see how they are at the end of the season. Like we know the likes of Iongi, Tuivaiti, Smith, Samrani etc are going to be good to great. Kautoga on other hand could be either end. He will either improve out of site and that offload becomes a weapon or he goes back to just being an average runner and decent defender, just a squad player.
"I reckon Russell owns a field of 4 leaf clovers because everytime he looks like getting dropped for a returning player, another player gets a long term injury."
"So much for Matto returning. But good on Mataele. Why not bite the bullet and just use Samrani to start on the edge. Guymer dropped completely but is starting with Cartwright in Cup so Latu gets limited minutes."

Yeah he's a bit raw still, but atm there's not to many options, he will get better

Good side
I think Ryles wont make too many wholesale changes.
1. Iongi
2. Lomax
3. Penisini
4. Russell
5. Addo-Carr
6. Brown
7. Moses
8. Williams
9. Smith
10. Paulo
11. Samrani (I reckon he starts him)
12. Kautoga
13. Hopgood
14. Walker
15. Moretti
16. Guymer
17. Matterson
I would have pretty much the same team but Mataele over Guymer for more impact.
