Most impressive and disappointing: Round 12 v South Sydney

R12 v Souths: Down the Dark Rabbit Hole

Both the Eels and Rabbits, languishing in 14th and 17th last-place, have been free-falling down a Rabbit hole without a parachute since circa mid-last year. Both have the two worst defences in the competition this year.

Houston In Hindsight: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

2024 is fast free-falling into an annus horribilis maximus, going from bad to worse now that we will be without Gutherson who joins Moses on the sidelines. That's probably a fair scoop of $2m worth of salary cap.

Hence, it’s best we kick off with s

Parramatta's Season Balances On A Razor's Edge

If Brad Arthur were deposed tomorrow, you'd hardly find an Eels fan who would disagree.

Only 18 months after a somewhat unexpected grand final appearance, Parramatta's fall from grace has been swift and brutal.

Why are our Boards fixated on stability?

It's a question we've all been asking for these last years. Why are we so slow to change anything that's not working? Why are we so conservative? Why don't we act like other clubs at sacking coaches, boards, CEOs etc?
