Latrell try?

All the footy chatter today about this full time try by Latrell. What peoples vibe on this.

Play to the whistle, yes fair.
but for me lacks spirit of the game.

How would we feel if we were on the receiving end?

He went down on the knee signalling game over, so broncos didnt crash him.

Feel might lose respect from other players.

  • Nothing in it. Play to the whistle.  Good luck to him.

  • Never stop playing, could've easily been a different situation someone drops it, rolls it and you pick it up run the 100m score a winning try. Anything can happen in a game of footy, play to the final whistle.

  • I didn't like it but the broncos just had to put a hand on him when he was down and didn't bother so fair game.

  • I was genuinely surprised at how he played down the 50metre field goal. It was impressive, especially how he played it down. But then he completely derailed it by that try. Then getting up and acting like it was impressive.

    • Yeah that field goal was super impressive... up there with Hayne's one from side line think just before half time years back. Not as far but more an acute angle.Loved that one!

  • Nah good on him played to refs whistle that's what counts.

Who knows the for and against might be valuable end of year.

id feel very peeved if we didn't play to final whistle. Broncos fans outta be too with their team, not Latrell.

  • All those plays should be classed as voluntary tackles.

I remember the blow up after Tapine smashed Walsh when he did same last season.

  • It didn't matter they still won by 2

  • Loved it. Play to the whistle always. They teach you that in U/6's.

  • Fair play.

Broncos should have tackled him or attempted a one on one strip.
