  • Not concerned.  His future is probably in the back row. Definitely not a starting centre.  His best quality is his ability to adapt anywhere on the feild but in my opinion he isn't a priority.

    • he can play wing centre second row and one thing most notably wrong with our roster is depth. So he is a priority and his ceiling is still high whether in second row or whever. His a keep

      • He's not a priority.   A priority would be someone we can lock into a position for years to come.  Samrami is a back.up that can be filled by anyone.

Do you think the panthers would make Samrani a priority?  Cmon. Hes way down the list of future signings.

      • I wouldn't say Samrani's ceiling is high. He will be 25 soon. But he is NRL standard and, as you say, versatile. That makes him useful to any squad.

        • Ok but there's a number the club should not go over.  I think Best will come and also Howarth so that blocks out the centres.  Id say offer him 250 take it or leave it.

          • Think ya low balling him, his stats put him in front of Howarth. His worth 375/400k. That's just my opinion.

            • And my opinion is, Thank god you're not the bloke with our chequebook.

  • I quite like him but unlike most I quite like him as a winger. I think we should sell him on that right wing spot after Kelly. But anyway, not the end of the world if he goes.

    • I like Samrani as a winger as well Yehez, he is a good jumper and can finish a try and do hit ups. A very handy player, just depends what our alternatives are at any given time......almost a natural for a selection of 22 come tuesdays, then the target is 19, he has a role to play over the course of a season.

  • Not sure how to feel about this one. But what I do know is we need a quality rep back.
