Only 3 games into his eels career, plenty of ups and downs from Pezet but for the most part he seems a solid young half. His defence needs a lot of work but not sure moving to Brisbane and facing all of that pressure is going to help him. Looks like he needs a good 2-3 years next to Mitch working on his game. I wouldn't mind it if he backs out of broncos deal to stay at Parra long term probably best for his career moving forward

It was a stupid decision signing him in the first place
We've going through murderers row with regards to the draw right now.
Isolated like most halves against big running backrowers Pezet and a lot of halves in his position get found out.The days of DB cutting backrowers in half are in the rear vision we've got to move past the comparison.
IN this fans opinion the question is now what do we do around Jonah to help him out.
I can think of a few things. We can start winning contact in the tackle by our middles that's on them.We can start getting our linespeed in order. If we don't get those 2 things in order Jonah will continue to get exposed.Jonah is not fixing this by himself I think he can improve in contact but there are things that can improve around him that can help.
Ill give him another month to see if these mentioned things improve before anointing him the failure everyone seemingly is right now because what he's going through now as a 20 odd game half is nothing new.Our own Mitchell Moses had these very similar issues coming through grade hell even he got run over a few time against the Dragons.
As for what the Broncos are getting well not only are they getting a more experienced half they are also adding a SoO prop to there side regardless they aren't losing in this transaction.Meanwhile we are losing out on everyone significant we are trying to add that more so is the worry more so than how Jonah is defending..
