I just don't like the way Ryles showed his hand saying he's very interested in Galvin when he becomes available. I also don't believe a word Grub Gould says. This is starting to stink.

I can't see Galvin to the dogs, if they don't resign Sexton they'd have to be looking at DCE or Reynolds .they have big wraps on Mitchell Woods and if I'm Gus I'd want him seeing up close what a rep half looks like and soaking up what he can off one of them DCE for mine is their main target, Galvin doesn't make sense.
The Dogs are in a window, they get some extra punch up front next year with Thompson all they need is a premiership winning halfback to drag them over the line.
They're looking at following the Roosters template with Cronk.
They do have an unlimited salary cap these days , so who knows .
Doggies are on the verge of a premiership window, if not already in one.
Gus & co have been very astute with investing money in certain positions, without over paying, creating what could be a champion team. i hope im wrong but is Galvin going to shift Burton to 7 to accomodate a young man whose still finding his way in 1st grade?
Personally, I'd be happy with Sandon Smith. He's unwanted at the Chooks and would cost half the money Galvin would. Smith is also a young player on the rise and maybe I'm a bad judge but I just don't see this stratospheric ceiling that so many predict for Galvin.
Also, with the money saved, we can invest in another quality prop (or two if Junior retires at season's end).
"Thanks Mutts. We need a win badly - so do they. Losing is a hard habit to break. You just made me wonder ...
R1-2: LL, blowouts conceding 44 ppg
R3-5: LLW, three weeks of fight, conceding 22.3 ppg
R6: L blowout, concede 50
R7-10: W, Bye, LL, three…"

Boring 🥱
you seem to forget both our top line players in Moses and Lomax have missed majority of the season so far and we have been weeding out the dead wood
Rome was not built in a day but I am liking what Ryles is doing under what has been difficult circumstances
He has already unearthed and played some good "young" talent
when did that previously last actually happen for the eels in the past 10 years

Particularly when they admitted they see him as a Lock.
I think Dogs got the side wright now to win this year if i was gus if the Dogs dont win the grand final this year i would sack the coach
If he ends up there the DOgs need to be investigated

No if he goes to the Dogs Galvin be 7 or they bulk him up bit play him lock
If he does go to the Dogs then Gus should be called out for ever as a shit dribbler.
