Game Day Blog - Sea Eagles vs Eels

Tonight we see the battle of Brooky with the Eels again up against Manly, but this time on their turf and with a no doubt strong sense of redemption after a controversial win for the Eels a few weeks ago. Sanders makes his debut in a massive game, particularly for our boys. I have a feeling that we are going to get our arses handed to us tonight and face another week of media scrutiny and talk about BA in general.

So, who wins and by what margin?

MOM?

Go you Eels!!!

    • Agree mate but the spoon is a real possibility.

      • I know.. it sucks, especially that Manly have NEVER gotten the spoon... as much as I hate them I respect them for that... it's what we, Parra, need to harness.. That desire not to be losers, no matter what!!!

      • I think when Moses comes back attitude will change (which is wrong)...

        • Yes, it will be a Band-Aid solution that will prolong the suffering!

      • We wont get spoon. Newcastle i think will get it.

        • I don't know mate. Things are calling apart at an alarming rate.

  • Surely Gutho with his jelly legs can't be our best goal kicker. We gave up 10 points in missed goals, maybe it keeps us in the game longer in the 2nd half. 2 sin bins killer us.

Sanders did well, his attack and defence was better than both blaze and asi, but still would not get in front od moses when back. deserves another shot next week

  • Saw the replay of the professional foul on turbo who was offside...how does that work? We instead get a penalty and loose a player. We were woeful in some parts but feel the ref had a big part in that loss. Some of the 6 agains had me scratching my head and completely dictated the momentum of the game

  • If that former skinny to fat-doughy fuck Aloiai is doing okay at Manly then any one of our forwards in question would be killing it... it's the attitude that is the main difference, always has been. We really need new management leadership!

    • Yep it's time for a change...like now!
