Not really. Gus also has his faults signing both rcg and Blake to 5 year deals then both out the door to parra and contracts part paid. Gus doesn't always get it right... and if he does ill be the first to admit I'm wrong. Keiran foran is another example that it's not always going to work. Galvin good luck to him but if he thinks he was bullied at wests he's in for one hell of a ride in belmore because those fans won't tolerate failure

If Gus was here no chance in hell we are in the precarious position we are in now.There's no chance in hell we have these recruitment and retention issues we are continually having.The mentioned we have now is a dead set embarrassment.Our R and R committee are the laughing stock of the nrl.
