Skelton is not going to make any team. better. Hes nothing but a back up and is now injury prone. If true, its Another reason mark o'neill is a bottom rung football manager. A useless signing imo. In the bottom 5% of wingers

Yep, he is the one that brings these players forward for MON and Ryles and it goes from there. Also, final say is Ryles.
Ryles should always have veto power - but ultimately when you're ordering from a bad menu, even the best looking meal is going to be very average.
Ryles can only have final say on the shit that is dished up to him.
How anyone can still defend this recruitment and retention team along with the man at the top mark O'Neil is beyond me, like how bad does it have to get before it's acknowledged that they aren't doing a good enough job.

Months scouting and this is what they come up with ? Must have come cheap couple of pies and a Fanta. There are plenty of players in reserve grade looking for a start. I will say this isn't true. No no no!
