It's time for a new halfback

Moses no longer should be halfback for parra it's time for a change they should shift him to 5/8 there's a open window there to sign boyd from the warriors they should snap him up shift papalii to the wing next season with volkman off the bench.

  • Sure let's just get a class 7 on the market, not that difficult. Or better yet get a 7 who's had a great 9 rounds and did nothing beforehand and has a great halves coach as head coach. No guarentees he works out of Warriors system and willing to piss Moses off to the point he ain't calling shots and will anyway leading to another Moses/Norman pairing.

Honestly people watch one game of footy, see a guy play pretty well and say " why don't we have him?" Talataina effect.

If it was that easy how did we not get Galvin as an example?

  • Put Kelly at 6, Papali at 7, shift Moses to bench for a back up utility

    • I was thinking Paulo to 7 and Tuivita to 6. Moses to walk the bottles out in breaks.

      • I like that 🧐 that might just work

  • Lol if mitch was the 7 at nz they would be 9-0. Tannah boyd was shit at the titans ffs. Last year he was rubbish for nz and metcalf was great fuck me some supporters jack off to early

  • I admit Moses hasn't been at his best. But any other team, apart from one or two, would love to have him in their squad.
The problem is he has to lift, but he doesn't have a team that can lift with him.

  • Moses had kicked out of trouble and is pretty good defensively (organising those around him and plenty of energy in his own efforts).

But his options havent been up to his usual standards and not that it matters when we struggle to score but he also isnt a goal kicker anymore.

    • Confidence is down and the forwards aren't laying the platform. Doesn't mean he has an excuse though but those things don't help.
