Come on FB, Pezet has played a few Q cup games at 6, the "experts" will hunt you down if you say anything negative about Pezet. I'm with you, he's a good organising half, we already have one of them in Moses. He is nothing special unless you need a 7. I hope we don't sign him, nothing good ever comes out of Melbourne.
I am more leaning towards against Pezet too. I am not too worried about Moses heir right now espicially with Lincoln Fletcher coming through. Not sure how Pezet will be as a 6 out of the Storm system. Not sure he poses enough of a running threat.
JAC came out of Melbourne, granted a stop over at Belmore but still came out of Melbourne.
Joash hasn't shown me anything other then he is a backup player.
He is a fullback, he was brought to the club to compete for the fullback job. Iongi won that and rightly so. Joash hasnt played much 5/8 at all. We were trying to be kind and give him first shot at Dylans position. It didn't work though.
'For his 2 seasons at the dogs they were either as a fullback or replacement.
Hell even for us in the NSW cup he only ever played 5/8 twice. We were trying to dress up a 166cm 20 year old, backup fullback into a first grade standard 5/8. Please let's move on. The best player for a position in first grade does not have to be within the club.
176cm in reality. Did he play worse then $1M Brown? Id give him an off season at 5/8 and see if he can adapt. Cant deny he has some talent. Has proved he can hold his own in defense and we get him at a bargin price.
Undecided on Pezet. Ill have to watch more of him in the off season. I know he is a very good kicker but we have one of those. Cant see him coming cheap.
Does this very strongly imply that Lomax is done and dusted and off to rugby?
Pezet is a good pick up and a view to the future. Mitch is at peak skills but his body is failing him more and more as he ages, unfortunately it's likely his body will give out before his talent and reflexes do, so having a ready made replacement is smart.
Bigger question for me is who's going to get us out of our own end if Lomax is gone? He literally did nearly all of our metre eating out of our red zone.
If I knew Lomax was leaving earlier I would have chased Sami from the titans.

Bro R360 doesn't even exist, why would lomax leave for a contract that's written on a cornsflake box. Union teams have banned players from going. NRL has to do the same so the comp is dead on arrival, lomax would be stupid to leave for something not in place.
No, it doesn't, because even if R360 comes into being, it's not starting until the end of 2026.
And again, the competition doesn't even exist. Who is signing a contract with an organisation that doesn't have a single team or coach?
