Eels ask for Sua 2026

EELS ASK DRAGONS FOR SU’A IN 2026!

Reports circulating that the Parramatta Eel’s have made new discussions with the Dragon’s to allow Eel’s new signing for the 2027 season Jayden SU’A join the club early in 2026, off the back of many injuries this is a call for help.

Parramatta Eel’s General Manager of football, Mark O’Neill has stated yesterday in a stadium tour with fans that Eel’s are actively looking at options before the June 30 deadline.

Mark was also asked about Herbie Farnworth, which he indicated that it’s something the club could look at or would love to have on board.

      • fuck even if it's 1M I am giving to him.

        • I would never think of the day i would agree a Centre is worth $1mil. But i am over not having good players i say why the hell not.

  • Offer Herbie a monster deal who cares we have to start paying overs to get a few quality players to the club journey men and cast offs just don't cut it our backline is the worst in the comp and slow as a turtle come on Parra please do something the fans have suffered enough

  • Who cares what we pay for Herbie, the club needs a big name and circuit breaker to attract others.

    • Yep, sometimes you need to pay large overs, and a 8 year deal to get that circuit breaker that attracts other players

      • 💯

  • I dig this love/hate relationship with "paying overs" by our R&R Experts.

Don't pay overs for Russell? Hopeless mgmt. With Russell two games back from HIA and some extremely ordinary moments in both games, off with his head and oh yeah barely a peep about whether mgmt was hopeless not to have paid overs.

Do pay overs for a player? Sheet that Lomax fellow screwed us? Foran did too. Paying overs is what you do when your club is shit say the R&R Experts, not what you do if you're competent mgmt.

I endorse all R&R Expert's Opinions and my only caveat is that non-contradiction would be nice.

PS: throw the (accounting) book at the likes of Farnworth or Xerri or Bostock, but don't then cite paying overs as bad if you endorsed paying overs (also known as non-contradiction)

    • We have absolutely no chance of not paying overs. Our position on table, current roster and new players seals it well and truly. Yes, accept it all.

    • Great point. I do not see Farnworth as $900k too much of an over pay if he is the best in the comp at his spot, he is. But also, comes with fact that if you overpay for Farnworth, you more likely have to sacrifice getting a quality Winger or forward. Where is if we get Jenkins, you can get the likes of Tago and a forward too.

  • Get Herbie at any cost, and then throw some decent coin at Dylan Lucas. Knights will struggle to offer him good coin with the money they are paying Ponga, Best and Brown.

Herbie and Lucas on the left with JAC on the wing is mouthwatering.
