Essentially as title states. Call me a negative sort of gent, but im happy our man moses hasnt played a game over there, less chance of him getting hurt and missing pre-season for the blue and golds. Good experince for him, and assuming he will get paid well enough for the experience as well?

💯 agree
Then again, how often do you see coaches change a winning team? In any form of the game? Very rarely does a coach make an unforced change to a team, if they do it is one change.
When they havnt lost a game against the opposition in eons, Perhaps the metric for selection should change to individual form.
Would love to see Mitch get a game.
But again, very rarely in any sport do you change a winning team?
Glad Moses isn't playing
Ado Carr not singing the national anthem is very disappointing. Your there to represent, not to make political statements. Not just him, a few didn't make a effort.
I understand your thoughts. It's true, if you cannot sing the anthem due to it meaning something to you in a negative light, why play for the country that anthem represents. Representing Australia means you represent that anthem.
Overall in terms of JAC do I care though? No as long as he plays well for Parramatta I couldn't care less.
Advance Australia Fair was not officially proclaimed as the national anthem until April 19, 1984.
Pre 1984 our official Anthem was God Save the Queen....would you have forced them to sing that? I have never and will never sing that song....I simply refuse to, on multiple grounds
Americans do not sing their anthem. It is to be respectfully listened to. Are they not "Patriotic"?
Sing, don't sing, who fucking cares? Our Anthem is not a purity test. It represents all of us, wether we participate or not.
You want everyone to sing so that you can get a warm fuzzy...Fuck your Fuzzy. Perhaps First Nations folk feel neither Young nor Free nor Warm and Fuzzy
To dissent and refuse is as Australian as convicts, Waltzing Matilda and the Stockade.
ps. forcing folks to sing anything seems dystopian and needy. Non-participation is a valid act of dissent
And yet young indIgenous sports stars are now too scared to sing it even if they wanted to. Not singing is nothing more than a political statement , nothing to do with them wanting to save their voices. Claiming otherwise is either spongey in the head or ignorant.
Of course it is a silent political statement. What's wrong with that? It is not like they are singing the wrong words or flopping their dick out when it's playing. Refusal is valid. We do not need to walk in lockstep to walk together as Australians.
God Save the Queen
Thank you for your AtteNtIoN to this matter
