I have heard this as well, he is the x factor that we need......he will be living in a new atmosphere playing for us.....Lets hope its true. In the side we have or look like having, he is the perfect balance for the 5/8 job.

Taking some creative license with this. Promoting players who might not be there right now but trying to predict things is never an exact science so im just backing in our juniors under JRs leadership to blossom.
I would like to see a couple gun signings, Jake Averillo makes a lot of sense and Aublix Tawha for versatility.
I am also hoping Volkman finally arrives after some finals experience in NSW cup and a full pre season, he is a better half than Joash. Averillo would be next in line for the 6# jersey if Volkman doesn't work out.
That's not a bad lineup at all. Our forward stocks look promising, especially with some of the good juniors coming through. I'm starting to think that we might not even sign a big name forward. It dosen't seem to be Ryles' style and if the current squad continue to improve as they have this year, then I don't think we need one.

we do have a lot depth for next year, depending on injuries, I'm expecting Matterson, hands, Simonson not being here next year but. So this side will change a lot over the next 6 months, we do need another middle, I'd be looking at D Moale from Souths, also need another back. I'm expecting Lorenzo and Richie to debut next year at some point
I like that Cup side. A good mix of youth and experience to provide that NRL cover. These guys will be knocking on the door of the NRL squad, and no doubt many will play a few games. In the past the Cup side has been a bit of a purgatory for out of form NRL players, but you can't afford that if you want to create legitimate backups in each position. Healthy competition for spots keeps everyone on their toes.
Too early to do as i believe there are alot of pieces still to move. Mainly around what happens with Simonsson, Matterson and Hands. We will have up to 5 spots to fill.
As for right now i think the team is pretty straight forward.

Now again out of those 17 not too much movement will happen. The only question marks are Papali'i at 6 and Russell at Centre. I have also said there was a rumour of Paulo retiring but doubt it. So until about January is when we can actually have a decent prediction. As we just do not know about movement of players.
