  • Backline bascially picks itself if everyone is healthy and no other big names are signed. Forward pack was pretty difficult to figure out as we actually have some depth. Williams on that edge has been great so would prefer to keep Hopgood at prop. JDB can soak up the first stint at lock then Walker injected once game opens up. Kautoga needs to be in the 17 as well but not sure how we use him

    • What do you mean if no other big names are signed?

      Have I missed anything??

      • Always possible they sign a big name outside back or 5/8 just not sure if they go down that path. Wouldn't rule it out but

        • I meant, what other big names have we signed?

          I must've missed it.

I don't think Kautoga gets ahead of Tuilagi. Eventually he may.

    • The combination with Taulagi on that edge is just too good. Same with Williams on the other edge. Good problem to have. We are pretty short on outside back depth so club needs to make some moves there. Forwards I think we pretty well stocked ?  A swap deal of Bailey for an outside back at titans would be good. AKP or Sami thanks

      • AKP and Sami are wingers so doubt we will be interested in them. But yes we need depth in the outside backs regardless. We only have Richie, Nanva and Tago for depth right now

        • Yeah not really nrl standard yet, need 2-3 backups who can fill in if need be. Injuries happen rapidly so need to build that depth up

  • I'm hoping JR sticks with Katonga on the left edge.

I know this is a way to early call but I'm also sticking with Tuilagi on the right edge he's damaging hitting holes and his combo with Moses has grown over the last month.

I actually like Williams versatility off the bench with his leg speed through the middle and having the ability to cover the edge.I also believe he's strong enough defensively in the middle also and we lose no lateral agility when we make the replacement.

I like Kautoga's off load ability on the edge and he's a great defender and is athletic as hell.I hope we stick with this guy because before he got hurt he was really growing into that role.

    • It's a tough call to make all the forwards have played extremely well. Moretti and Williams off the bench would be crazy impact
