Mahoney thought the grass were greener on the other side and stabbed us in the back. He is now getting his comeuppance. We were the ones who gave him a chance after Canterbury got shot of him initially the first time. He could have been a one club player with us, he had a starting role with us but he chose our arch-rivals for a bit of extra money. Canterbury are daft as a brush anyway, if the team is coming first and playing well, why change and tinker with the team?, who knows.ย
