I think this year, if there has been any positives it is the fact we have 4 first class prop-forwards.Fairly enough, Poore started the season slowly and was demoted to the bench. In recent weeks, he has been able to maintain the pace set by Cayless and MoiMoi, and i think it couldnt hurt if, for atleast one week we started Poore, then brought Fuifui and Mannah on at the same time. This would mean that we would more than likely dominate the match for atleast a 20 - 25 min period while Mannah and Moimoi come on as fresh legs.Watching tonight (and throughout the season) i couldnt help but notice the team lifted sooooo much when mannah came on. We all know the dangers of Moimoi against a tiring defensive side, and i think this would be very benificial for the team, to get us rolling, setting up more plays and eventually leading to more points.
Thoughts?
BBG out.

Wider running forwards like Dave Taylor, Sam Burgess, Ben Creagh and Sam Thaiday often target the halfback, fife-eighth or centre and run at them because they play in the second row and have greater license to roam wider.
Moi Moi is an unusual case because not only does he receive the ball early to be the typical prop forward battering ram, but also gets the ball at second receiver a fair bit and that's when he makes the breaks - brushing off the smaller players. Now, you can't have all your big men out wide because that forces your smaller men into the middle of the field and the likelihood of them making breaks and using their pace against 3 or 4 gang-tackling forwards is considerably less than when taking on their opposite number one-on-one!
a) His offloads are smart, crisp and almost always to a specific player not just putting up a prayer.
b) He leads by example and is extremely level headed and mature, a trait that can never be underestimated.
c) Consistency
Poore is better than Cayless in his work-rate and probably average metres gained, but hasn't had Cayless' consistency.
Either way somebody has got to come off the bench.
Mannah and Poore have been doing very well lately but if a slight tweek of combos gives us more firepower why not try it?
Just make sure everybody knows the benching of either one is a positive for the team's chances and not for any other reason.
I don't know if it was coincidence last night but Morts and Robbo seemed to be creating more space and better kicking. ie - slight tweek of an old combo.
