Braith said he heard a rumour from someone close to R360 and its serious.
Peter Vlandys said on the same show that anyone who has a.nrl contract and signs with R360 there will be major consequences.

If he has signed, surely he is in breach of contract. Kent said he heard players have signed incase it gets up and going.

Well they have to seek a release by rules. He can choose to just walk out and be in breach and that would be a matter with the NRL over breach of contract.
In terms of coming back, there would for sure be a deal in place where if he comes back he can only come back to Parramatta, as we have his rights, only he can go elsewhere if we agree to let him go elsewhere.
