  I wonder what the deal that Ryda Talagi and Lachlan Coinakis in takes in regard to development and top 30 for 2027. Is it similar to Latu and Funa-Iuta where on dev for 2026 and top 30 2027? Or dev 2027?
  
  I mean only 6 dev deals, upgrading Smith will free up a spot.

    I did hear that Ryda is top 30 in 2027 but nothing official. Not sure about Coinakis and Fletcher but wouldn't suprise be if Coinakis deal is the same as Ryda. Fletcher perhaps gets a Dev deal in 2027.

      There is a way Wiz, Paulo has a lot of respect in the Samoan community .
      
      Parra could do worse then keep him on as a club ambassador / liaison officer/ cultural leader heavily involved in the recruitment side of Polynesian players and integrating their family's into the club.
      
      Junior might be happy to have a couple more fights which as a retired player the club could heavily sponsor before enjoying his retirement.
      
      Not a bad earn for Junior with ongoing employment as the carrot on top.

        Recruitment opportunities after footy if they aren't already written in seriously if we aren't looking at this like you mention BUP the clubs got rocks in its head.
        
        Any Polynesian kid playing rugby league knows who Jnr Paulo is,recruiting the mentioned kids starts by talking to mums and dads and being of Samoan heritage speaking the mother tongue goes a long way to getting them across the line.
