    • Wests Tigers and Roosters going for Fifita. If Wests Tigers get Fifita over us that is a new low.

      • Are we even after fifita?

        1. If Fiftia leave titans he go to the Dolphins or Roosters or storm
      • Would uncle Nick sign a bloke that already publicly claimed to have turned him down ?  I don't even think DFs relationship with Holbrook would be enough to mend that bridge.  Maybe the only savior would be Uncle Nick claiming to be the one who turned David down when he seemed to get cold feet.,

  • I would be more than happy with that trio.

I'll take a swing and say big Nelson from the storm, I can see the storm moving on from him to free up cap space and I can see ryles wanting to add an alpha male to the pack.

    • I heard we offered him a contract for 1 year Storm trying to off load him to super League

  • I doubt we'd sign more than 3, most likely only 2. I believe we have 4-5 decisions to make in terms of positions.

    1. I am unsure about how we gonna handle the 6. I have a feeling even the club are not sure yet, do they get a Sandon, or an old filler, or just trust Volkman or Twiddle.

They also need to decide if we need another backrower. It depends in my opinion if Tuilagi and Samrani pick up form for that right edge. I think Kautoga is going well on the left and Latu is developing.

    3. Are we happy with our 9 options? Do we wanna go with a 9-less bench and trust Hopgood and the like to relieve Ryley if needed?

    4. Are throwing Simonsson at left centre or keeping Russell or do we target someone like Cobbo or Staggs to add more flair there?

    5. Adding another middle every off-season is never a bad idea.

At this moment, I think the 5 points will pan out as such:

    1. We'll go internal for 5/8th.

    2. Tuilagi has shown signs, and he was resigned so Ryles won't give up on him. Maybe we'll sign an up and comer like Harrison Hassett who can play edge and middle.

    3. We'll promote 9s from within and have Hands for one more year.

    4. Either RIchie P a game or just keep our options.

    5. Sign someone like Finau Latu or Pahulu (I know he's signed for Melbourne but this kind of profile). Young middle with some speed.

So the bolded is my expected, and at a push a 5/8th like Sandon Smith.

    • In terms of an up and comer like Hassett, we have Funa-Iuta who can do both.

      • Yeah which is why I think they'll just keep Tuilagi for another season and go with Jeziah and others in 2027

  • Can you fix the grammar in the Heading, Chief? It's doing my head in.

"Which would be odd since we have to spend the money we have available we can't just sit on it til 2027. To spend it we need to sign players. No recent extensions would warrant taking up $3-4 million."
