Big difference, Lane was out injured, Radley has been suspended.
He was not injured, he was depressed and took extended leave until he retired.
Not too depressed to start up his own business whilst he was off though. Wonder how many other people with depression so bad they can't attended their workplace are able to find the motivation to launch a start up.
